Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Or equivalent experience.

Tasks

  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates.
  • Promote sales to existing clients.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients.
  • Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
  • Provide customer service.
