Duties & Responsibilities

• Must meet budgets that are set out annually (Gross Profit)
• Management of the following:
• sales calling on current customers (minimum visits per week set by department head)
• Call Report Management:
• time and attendance
• reporting information
• customer platforming
• customer feedback
• Providing accurate information to other departments, i.e. engineering and workshop.
• Ensure customer feedback is provided accurately and timeously.
