  • Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
  • Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
  • Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution.
  • Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction markets
