Qualifications
- Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
- Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
- Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution.
- Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction markets
