Technical Sales Representative - Concrete

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed sales and contribution targets whilst increasing overall sales and margin contribution
• Maintain existing customer base and develop new customers through regular engagement and market coverage
• Represent Sika in the marketplace and at industry functions as required

Customer Relations & Technical Support

• Provide technical advice, training, and product demonstrations to customers
• Foster strong customer relations through professionalism, efficient service, and prompt documentation of agreements and discussions
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, reporting matters exceeding $500 to the Sales Manager
• Maintain and continuously update knowledge of products and applications
