Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales engagements and provide consultative solution selling to clients
• Deliver technical support both on-site and remotely to ensure optimal customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC-R OEM's and channel partners
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
• Prepare competitive pricing proposals and technical quotations
• Design and present compelling presentations for client meetings and product pitches
• Collaborate with product managers to align service offerings with evolving market needs
