Job Summary


The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth of Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating services by identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients. The role combines technical expertise in surface engineering/coatings with consultative selling skills to support customers in improving tool life, wear resistance, and product performance.



Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers in industries such as tooling, mold & die, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, and precision machining.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Technical Consultation

  • Provide technical recommendations on PVD coating types (e.g., TiN, TiAlN, CrN, DLC).
