Overview
Support sales and marketing office activities by assisting with various tasks, including the preparation of quotes, technical and commercial proposals, and tender bid documents. Help coordinate sales and marketing activities and follow up on leads and opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or complaints. Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all required information is obtained and recorded. Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to facilitate timely order fulfilment and delivery.
