Technical Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose / Mandate

The Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive technical, commercial, drawing, and general support to the sales/design Office in respect of incoming customer enquiries, order processing, and after-sales service. As the sales/design Office represents the front end of the company's production process, this role is critical in ensuring that all customer orders, technical drawings, and related company documentation are accurate, complete, and technically sound. Maintaining this level of technical integrity is essential to the efficient execution of production and the overall performance and reputation of the company.
