- Business planning for teams, groups, and all sales staff.
- Gathering analysis of market information, organizing sales work for teams, groups, and sales staff.
- Supervising the process of sales staff monthly and quarterly.
- Evaluating sales results of sales staff on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Reporting and consulting head of the sales department in developing effective sales and customer care policies.
- Implementing sales policy for sales staff.
- Assisting sales staff in recovering public debts and bad debts.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and looking for new customers.
