Job Description
- Customer Prospecting & Lead Qualification:
Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic technical/project information, and scheduling meetings for senior staff. - Lead Engagement:Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services and identify basic technical requirements and potential scope of work.
- Quotation & Proposal Support:
Draft simple quotations, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and basic sales proposals based on standard templates, submitting them for senior/executive review. - CRM Data Management:Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, deals, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system for accurate forecasting.
- Documentation & Compliance Support:File proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender/pre-qualification documents for compliance and audit readiness.
