Ensure fuel safety compliance as a Technical Safety Inspector with TSSA in Ontario. Conduct field inspections, engage with the public, and promote regulatory awareness.
This role is crucial for TSSA, where you will engage directly with stakeholders to identify and mitigate safety risks in the fuels sector. Use your technical background to investigate incidents and help clients navigate complex regulations. Foster public trust by ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with certificate holders and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect regulated fuel facilities and equipment regularly
• Attend safety incidents to investigate and recommend actions
• Provide guidance based on fuels regulations and standards
• Document compliance data and support risk-based decision-making
• Plan daily inspections and support audits as required
