Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1．The Technical Rotational AME will be responsibleto work closely with the plant operations teams to determine and document best business practices and core manufacturing processes.
2. The Emerging Talent AME will be expected to learn and eventually lead the application of BBP's, SES's, and CMP's within North American operations.

3. The Emerging Talent AME will be expected to have some maintenance / troubleshooting experienceand background within injection molding. The EDP AME should understand the injection molding processand the equipment used in that process.

4. The Technical Rotational AME will be expected to be very hands on and will work with the plants to improve equipment related issues that are related to plant performance. They will be required to learn and prove they can evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and when applicable execute their own recomm...
