Strategic Technical Risk Management
Own and maintain the project's strategic Technical Risk Register for major capital investments at the Silao site.
Identify and assess risks related to regulatory compliance (including FDA and GMP), technical readiness, documentation, and critical utilities supporting pharmaceutical and personal care production.
Define, prioritize, and drive implementation of mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical and functional leaders.
Readiness for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation
Ensure that all technical preconditions are met for system commissioning, installation testing, and operational testing, in line with Beiersdorf standards and pharmaceutical industry expectations.
Oversee the verification of cleanliness, accessibility, hygienic and clean design, and technical quality of systems prior to qualification activities.
