MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Technical Representative in our Field Service department. The primary focus of this role is setting up and calibrating new machines. Additional areas as needed will be: assisting with installs, fill in as support to the warehouse and other duties as assigned while training onsite. Although this position will start onsite in our shop, the intent would be to move into a client facing field service position. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
  • Unboxing and setting up new machines.
  • Update settings on Machines.
