Technical Recruiter

What you will do:

Manage end to end US IT recruitment

Work on W2, and 1099 roles

Source through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking

Screen candidates technically and negotiate rates

Coordinate with sales and clients to drive closures

Experience required:

Minimum 6+ months in US IT Staffing

Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa types

Proven track record of submissions and placements

Strong communication and ownership mindset
