Technical Recruiter

Arobas Personnel is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a contract role with one of our clients located in Toronto or Mississauga.

Remote: Hybrid 3 days/week in the office

What will your day look like?

As a Technical Recruiter , you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
• Acting as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient documentation, transaction processing, and system updates related to recruitment activities.
• Advising and supporting Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
