Job Description

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent to support business growth. This role partners closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand role requirements, assess candidate fit, and manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in technology roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT, data, network, engineering, technical support)
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing
