Overview

Procom is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic recruitment professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. This role provides a collaborative environment within a growing, entrepreneurial professional services firm, supporting the business through a complete recruitment cycle and partnering with Account Managers to identify top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate recruitment life cycle from sourcing to placement within the job order delivery cycle on assigned and unassigned roles.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets associated with submissions, client submissions, and placements, and meet monthly gross margin targets.
• Deliver quality candidates to Account Managers that align with client expectations through continuous learning of new roles and technologies.
