Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at mlHealth 360, you will do more than source and interview; you will be the architect of our talent acquisition engine. We are looking for an intermediate professional who can design end-to-end recruitment strategies and curate a high-performance tech stack (ATS, CRM, and Sourcing tools) to scale our engineering teams in Vancouver and India.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Design: Partner with leadership to build a 12-month hiring roadmap. This includes defining “what good looks like” for roles, setting diversity benchmarks, and establishing interview loops that prioritize candidate quality over volume.
  • Tooling & Systems Selection: Audit, select, and implement our recruitment tech stack. You will evaluate and manage tools such as modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse), AI-sourcing engines (Juicebox/PeopleGPT, SeekOut), and technical assessment platforms (CoderPad, Karat).
