We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter who can drive end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate should understand technical skill sets, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to build high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical qualification calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment
- Work on hiring metrics, reporting, and ATS management
- Build talent mapping strategies for future hiring requirements
