Pre-requistion:-

  • Possess minimum Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • >3 years of hiring in-house or agency recruiting experience
  • Proven track records of hiring technical functions
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
  • Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times
