We are hiring a Fresher US IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable profiles
  • Understand job requirements and submit candidate profiles on time
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate records and trackers
  • Support offer and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US shifts
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR preferred
  • Ready to learn US staffing concepts (W2, C2C, H1B, etc.
