We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hardware recruiting to help scale critical engineering and operations teams for a technology organization. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across hardware disciplines, including product development, manufacturing, systems, firmware, and related technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware-focused roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and hiring priorities
+ Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find hardware talent
+ Recruit for positions such as hardware engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supply chain-related technical roles
