Job Description

The
Technical Recruiter
is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, technical role understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and talent pipelines
  • Screen candidates for technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit
