Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in recruitment. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be trained to source, screen, and hire candidates for various IT and technical roles across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with hiring managers and report to the Talent Head, gaining hands‑on experience with recruitment tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply sourcing techniques using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Assist in screening and interviewing candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track requisitions and candidate movements using JIRA and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
