Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)

We are hiring a IT Recruiter (Night Shift) to support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and databases

Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable profiles

Understand job requirements and submit candidate profiles on time

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

Maintain candidate records and trackers

Support offer and onboarding processes

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in US shifts

Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR preferred

Ready to learn Staffing skills.
