We are looking for a highly driven Technical Recruiter who can take complete ownership of end-to-end technical hiring . This role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, high calling bandwidth, and the ability to evaluate candidates through structured telephonic interviews using company-provided tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Source technical candidates using platforms such as: LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, Resdex
Conduct end-to-end technical recruitment , including: Sourcing, Screening, Candidate engagement, Interview scheduling
Make 50+ outbound calls per day to candidates for screening and follow-ups.
Conduct telephonic technical interviews using:
Company-provided GPT tools
Structured question banks
