Technical Recruiter - Mid Level

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM

Experience: 2-3 years

Required:

  • Experience with IT/services or BPS companies
  • Good English Communication
  • Resume Searching and screening from different Job Portals
  • Working in full lifecycle of Recruitment: Requirement Analysis, Profile Sourcing, Resume Screening, short listing suitable candidates, scheduling and organizing interviews, Salary Negotiation, Candidate engagement till closure.
