Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and help deliver top technical talent to our clients. This role focuses on full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for IT, software engineering, and other technology-focused positions.
This position is ideal for a recruiter with 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT talent acquisition, who is comfortable proactive sourcing, consultative conversations, and client-facing engagements. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles while leveraging modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
Responsibilities
Technical Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and build pipelines of candidates for software engineering, IT, and other technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
