Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management (equivalent experience may be considered)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven experience in IT and/or BPO hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target-driven environment
