Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven experience in IT and/or BPO hiring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target-driven environment
