- Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for Singapore clients across IT, Data, Cloud, and Engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore hiring market.
- Proactively source and headhunt top technical talent globally using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Partner closely with clients and account managers to deliver fast, high-quality hires under tight SLAs.
- Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and closures.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screening to assess candidate fit, motivation, and market alignment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting client employer brands to attract top global technical talent to Singapore.
