Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates based on the clients’ requirements
  • Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter
  • Hands-on expereince with various interview formats (phone, online/video, and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge in different sourcing techniques.
