Job Title: Technical Recruiter/Assistant Manager HR (Software Development)
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering teams. You won't just be filling seats; you'll be a talent scout, a brand ambassador, and a strategic partner to our CTO and Engineering Managers. You should know the difference between Java and JavaScript and be able to spot a 10x developer from a mile away.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers.
Strategic Sourcing:
Go beyond LinkedIn. Use GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche communities to find passive talent.
Technical Screening:
Conduct initial interviews to vet candidates for cultural fit and high-level technical competency.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and refine the ideal candidate profile.
