Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fill the positions
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to recruit talent from diverse channels
3. Source candidates using various methods, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards etc
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
3. Hands on experience in recruiting IT, software development or technology-focused roles
