Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven US IT Recruiter who knows how to find top talent across the United States and is passionate about building strong candidate pipelines.

As a US Technical Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end recruitment , communicate with consultants across multiple visa categories, and work on exciting, fast-growing projects with our dynamic team.

• Handle the complete US IT recruitment cycle across multiple technologies.

• Recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, OPT, H1B & TN visa candidates across all tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

• Negotiate compensation, hourly rates, and subcontracting terms confidently.

• Source and screen candidates using platforms like Dice,

Monster,

CareerBuilder,

TechFetch, and

LinkedIn.
