Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, IT Specialists, Data Scientists, etc.).
Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and technical communities.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and position expectations.
Craft engaging job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
