As a Technical Recruiter Intern at HappyFox, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition. You will work closely with our experienced recruiting team to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process while focusing on technical positions.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and industry events. Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
