- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and vendor partners
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/HR discussions
