Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in domestic IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, along with the ability to manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles. The candidate must be target-driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Perform Boolean searches and proactive headhunting for niche IT roles
• Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period
