Job Description

We're hiring for our customers Technical Recruiters (100% Remote) to own end-to-end hiring for technical roles.

You'll source, screen, and close candidates using modern online recruiting methods and data-driven iteration.

Salary: $1200 USD - $1600 USD per month depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → closing
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, communities, and Boolean/X-ray search
  • Write and optimize job posts for conversion (titles, keywords, structure, A/B testing)
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, motivation, and communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and hiring criteria
