Job Description for IT Recruiter role:

Responsibilities:

- Understanding the resource requirement.

- Sourcing profiles using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, Referrals and Networking.

- Resume filtering.

- Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication

skills.

- Maintaining the Database

- Screen CV (candidate sourcing, talk to each candidate before sending their CV’s to client, ensure brief them about

the client, requirements, opportunity, screening, pre-qualifying, negotiating salary,) Check candidate interest.

- Scheduling interviews with technical panel of company with regard to scheduling of telephonic and face-to-face

interview.

- Obtaining feedback on Candidates from panel. Communications with the candidate till the offer stage and follow-

ups till the candidates join the company....
