Technical Recruiter

Must-Haves

• 1–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or high-volume environment)
• Experience managing 40+ hires per year with clear recruiting metrics
• Prior experience working fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week on average
• Stable work history with no more than two roles in the last four years

Plusses

• Agency recruiting background
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Prior promotion within a recruiting organization
• Experience supporting engineering or technical roles
• Experience closing candidates with equity compensation
