Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and C2 H roles , primarily focusing on SAP modules
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for SAP contract staffing positions across various technologies
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand SAP role requirements and recruitment priorities
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent hiring process
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical and client interviews
Provide regular status updates and ensure timely closures for contract roles
Handle high-volume and time-sensitive hiring while maintaining qualit...
