Roles and Responsibilities

·         Sourcing, Screening and posting requirements on Job-Boards Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.

·         Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements

·         Conducting professional assessment over the telephone for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.

·         Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based teams to assist them with HR and recruiting projects in various different domains.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills

·         Atleast 1 year of experience in US Staffing/IT Staffing.

·         Very good communication skills

·         Good understanding of both domains based and technology based recruiting.
