Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Management and Business Development Managers on building Recruitment Plans
  • Review JDs and other relevant content to ensure proper advertisement format for job postings
  • Build a recruiting and interviewing plan for every open position
  • Do the sourcing of talented and diverse candidates by developing creative methods
  • Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill and cultural fit
  • Work with hiring managers by presenting them qualified candidates for existing and future projects
  • Fill the open positions effectively and efficiently
  • Negotiate with candidates as required
  • Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
