Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on IT and technical roles. Preferred experience in handling C2H positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Experience in working with contract to hire.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT/technical job roles and terminologies
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
