Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Technical Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

The responsibilities of this position are:

  • Implement strategies for employer branding
  • Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs
  • Manage the recruitment process
  • Hold interviews in Spanish
  • Hold interviews in English
  • Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.).
  • Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions is desired
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Full-time availability
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages
