We are expanding our US staffing team and looking for Technical Recruiters who have hands-on experience working on C2C requirements . The role involves working closely with vendors, consultants, and clients to fulfill IT positions across the US market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work on daily US IT requirements (mainly C2C roles)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
Screen candidates and validate technical experience
Coordinate interviews with clients and consultants
Handle rate negotiation and submissions
Maintain follow-ups until placement/onboarding
Build and maintain vendor & consultant relationships
