Job Description Maintain qualification records in the online TQP database, in accordance with Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford TQP procedures. Support TQP participants and supervisors in the use of the online TQP database and implementation of TQP procedures. Participate in the periodic TQP Self-Assessment. Make recommendations for improving TQP processes and systems. Distribute qualification and continuing training status reports to supervisors in accordance with TQP procedures. Communicate with TQP participants and supervisors regarding upcoming training opportunities. Assist in development of Qualification Standards and creation of qualification cards.
SUMMARY
Assist the Technical Qualification Program (TQP) manager and Federal Technical Capability Panel (FTCP) agent in developing the annual TQP Staffing Analysis.
