The Role
We're hiring a Technical QA PM to be the single owner of product quality across web + mobile. You'll continuously test the platform, catch regressions, validate data accuracy, pressure-test user flows, and translate issues into clear, engineer-ready tickets. You'll run QA like a product discipline — with systems, prioritization, and accountability.
This role is for someone who is both hands-on QA and PM-strong: you don't just find bugs — you drive them to resolution and keep the team shipping stable, fast, and user-friendly.
What You'll Own
Quality + QA Operations
Own daily QA across all critical user flows (auth, onboarding, wallet, deposits, streaming, chat/voice, gifting, profile, discovery, etc.)
Build and maintain test plans, regression suites, and release checklists
Validate data correctness (balances, transactions, permissions, state sync, UI consistency)
Track and prevent regressions; enforce no broken flows standards for MVP
